SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally via USPS. Pre Made Items will ship next day and will follow the delivery method selected by customer. For Pre Order items please allow up to 2-3 for production and shipping. We give weekly updates regarding production and shipping time via email. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery depending on delivery method selected. For international shipments, please allow 1-3 weeks after production for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.



We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.



We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with the carrier. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.



We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

We do NOT accept returns of any merchandise.  

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges, as we cannot guarantee inventory levels. We recommend that you place a new order for the correct color or size and follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order as applicable.

SALES TAX

All orders shipping to a Illinois address are subject to a 6.25% sales tax fee. All orders shipping to an address outside Illinois, are not subject to sales tax.
